When I see the promotion for this diet, little alarms go off instantly. The name of this diet would have you believe that it's what Hollywood stars use, as a matter of course. But, I find no evidence for that.

In fact, there's plenty of evidence to the contrary. Demi Moore was getting $13 per film while using EAS products and training with an intensity that would make most gym rats look sedentary by comparison. Sylvester Stallone, another EAS user, has his own supplement line. And, he also trains at an extremely high level.

There is no drink, purple or otherwise, that is going to transform your body from fat to Hollywood star standards. But the proponents of this "diet" push a purple drink that will allegedly do that.

Yes, it's probably a good drink that contains good stuff. If you want yet another expensive drink, go for it. Buy this stuff and look on the label to see if it has hydrogenated oil or some other poisons in it. I don't know if it does or not.

What I do know is it is not going to take the place of a sensible, disciplined approach to eating.
