When I first heard about this diet, I thought it was somebody's idea of a sick joke. However, proponents claim it uses aversion therapy to make you not desire food.

While this disgusting diet will probably curb your appetite, I personally think the people who go on it are idiots. I cannot think of a more stupid approach to weight loss. This is even worse than the Atkins Diet--and that is saying a whole lot.

There's a reason your body eliminates waste--don't fool with mother nature. If you think this diet will make you look better, at least consider what it will do for (or against) your breath.

If you are serious about trying this diet, please get some professional help--someone to talk to you about your childhood would be a good start.
